Page 1 PREAMBLE As a consequence of the necessity of having an association to promote the conservation of fish and game in Millinocket and the surrounding area, those interested in the betterment of sporting facilities in said vicinity have hereby formed a sportsman's organization. BY-LAWS ARTICLE I: NAME Section 1. This organization shall be known as the Fin and Feather Club, Inc. ARTICLE II: PURPOSE Section 1. The purpose for which this club is organized is to:                 a. Conserve, restore, and manage the game, fish and other wild life.                 b. Improve and maintain sportsmen-landowners                     relations.                 c. Observe and respect fish and game laws. ARTICLE III: MEMBERSHIP Section 1. The members of this organization shall be all persons who have been accepted by the organization. Section 2. Applications for membership shall be received from any person 18 years of age or older. Any                  person desirous of  membership shall submit an application to the club secretary for reading at the                   next regular meeting. All applicants must be approved by not less than 2/3 vote of the members                   present at the next regular meeting following the reading of the application. Section 3. No member shall improperly solicit or seek to persuade any person to become a member. Section 4. It shall be the duty of the members to report any change of residence as soon as possible to the                  club secretary. Section 5. A member oweing two years dues to the club may be dropped from the active rolls of the club upon                  a majority vote at any regular meeting, after thirty days notice from the secretary. Section 6. An inactive member desirous of reinstatement shall submit an application to the club secretary for                  reading at the next regular meeting. All inactive members must be approved by a majority vote of                  the members present at the next regular meeting following the reading of the application. This section                 will become effective on January 1, 1965. Section 7. Applications for junior membership shall be received from any person 12 thru 17 years of age                   inclusive. Junior members shall have all club rights except the right of club vote.
