Section 1. The regular meetings of this club shall be held on  the third Thursday in each month throughout 
                 the year, except  under special conditions which must be approved by five members
                 of the Board of Directors.

Section 2. The regular hour of meeting shall be 7:00 P.M.

Section 3. Special meetings may be called by the President or the trustees.

Section 4. A quorum of three elective officers and four other members shall be necessary to conduct a regular or
                special meeting.

Section 5. Each member of the organization shall be notified prior to the conducting of any regular or special meeting. .
 
 

Section 1. The elective officers of this club shall consist of a President, a Vice-President, a Corresponding and
                Financial Secretary, a Treasurer, a Publicity Officer, a Program Director, and four Trustees. These
                ten elected officers shall constitute the Board of Directors.

Section 2. No member can simultaneously hold more than one elective office in the club.

Section 3. Members shall be elected to office for a term of one year and no member shall remain in that office
                for more than two consecutive years, with the exception of Secretary, Treasurer, and Program Director.
